Gallman currently leads GIG Group whose mission, shared by its benefactors and sponsors, is deeply rooted in the spirit of inclusion and seeks to provide a wide range of “high-exposure/resume-building” jobs for underprivileged communities and provides an opportunity for those communities to participate and integrate in the Global and Domestic Financial Markets, starting with local Financial Institutions in community partnership with GIG. 

Gallman is also AUTHOR of Love’s Journey: The Road Less Traveled, Wall Street Bonds: The Urban Renaissance, JUSTUS screenplay, and the autobiography FINDING ME, the subject of the upcoming feature film "NO RIGHT WAY,” written by Clay Ayers - longtime writer for Quentin Tarantino’s A Band Apart.

Roger Goff is an entertainment lawyer and producer in Los Angeles, California. In over 30 years as an entertainment professional and attorney, Roger has handled hundreds of transactions across the entire industry spectrum including film, television, music, digital media and entertainment technology.

Strategic Consultant and Advisor. Josh brings vast experience from community engagement to production and financial solutions.  Josh is based in NYC, South Carolina and Los Angeles. 

 Film director/producer graduate of the prestigious New York University Tisch School of the Arts graduate film program for a Masters in Fine Arts as well as an International MBA graduate with financial experience in M&A, fixed income securities trading and wealth management. Creative thinker who demonstrates strong leadership, problem solving skills, and strategic thinking. 

Karen Rands is sought after by CEOs to help them develop a capital strategy that maps to their business growth goals and execute on that plan. With her in-depth knowledge and long-term relationships in the capital markets, she has helped companies in all stages obtain capital and achieve their growth objectives.  

John Benemerito is the Founder and Managing Partner of Benemerito Attorneys at Law. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, John represents small business owners and startups in the areas of Business and Securities Law.

John received his Bachelors Degree at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he majored in Criminal Justice. Afterwards, he attended New York Law School where he focused his studies on Corporate and Securities Law.

John comes from a family of entrepreneurs. From as far back as he can remember he was always involved in his family’s numerous businesses. At the age of fifteen, John entered into a new business venture with his father and managed to grow and maintain that business through high school, college and law school.John is currently a co founder in over five different businesses. 

After law school, John decided that he wanted to help people like himself. He opened his own  law practice and began working primarily with small business owners until he was introduced into the startup world. Ever since that time, John has worked with hundreds of startups and thousands of entrepreneurs from all different backgrounds in helping them achieve their goals.

Having been an entrepreneur his entire life, John understands what it takes to create and maintain a successful business. He enjoys sitting down and working with his clients in figuring out  each of their unique challenges.

Kateryna is a Junior Associate at Benemerito Attorneys at Law. She graduated from New York Law School and has worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philadelphia District Attorneys Office. Kateryna received her B.B.A. in Legal Studies (Cum Laude) from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.

Kateryna began as an intern in 2018 and is now the associate to the Managing Partner, John Benemerito. In her time with the firm, she has assisted in raising tens of millions of dollars for startups and assists with all major client transactions.

Denise is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 43 years of accounting, auditing, assurance, consulting, compliance, and taxation experience. Prior to joining Elliott & Painter, she was a partner at a local CPA firm and director with a Southeast Regional CPA firm.

She has extensive experience serving the needs of clients in a variety of industries and closely held businesses, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional service firms, not-for-profit entities, governmental, employee benefit plans, construction, and contractors. She has provided tax, compliance, and consulting services to individuals, not-for-profit entities, and other business type entities and provides tax and compliance services for trusts and estates. 

Denise is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her membership in professional organizations includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA), and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

She currently serves as Treasurer of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church and is an Advisory Board member of Hannah’s Hope Ministries, Inc. She is married to Scott and has a daughter, Tabatha, and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.

 Marc began his career in public accounting in 1982, primarily serving family-owned and closely held businesses and organizations. He co-founded Elliott & Painter in 2004 and provides tax planning, business consulting, audit, and other assurance services for professional practices, service-based businesses, and wholesale/distribution companies, as well as nonprofit and local governmental entities. 

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1984 (certificate #2179), Marc holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and South Carolina Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).

Marc was born and raised in Spartanburg. He graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He feels blessed to have the opportunity to serve numerous Upstate-based community nonprofit organizations. He is a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and has a strong passion for Christian-based community outreach organizations such as Miracle Hill Ministries. An instrument-rated commercial pilot, Marc is a member of the Spartanburg Pilot’s Association and serves as a volunteer pilot for Pilots N Paws and Angel Flight Soars. 

Marc enjoys playing guitar, reading, skeet shooting, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Cathy, enjoy taking long cross-country flights throughout the Eastern and Midwest United States.

Grace Hammond Wofford College Alumni with a double major in Studio Art and Art History. “I've always had a love for the arts. All through school, I always had to be in an art class or felt I was going to go insane, so these majors were an easy choice for me.”

A few years ago while still in college see the question and Grace response while doing an interview for Spartanburg Philharmonic!

“If you could write your own future what would you be doing professionally in 10 years?”

“I would love to be working within the entertainment industry. I love film and music and would like to be involved in their creation. Whether in hair and make-up, costuming, or design. Selling my own artwork would be a plus also.”

A few years later and  ahead of her prediction, here she is right on cue in film and entertainment with GIG!

Vincent "Vinny" Coyle II is an Irish actor, producer, business man and civil and human rights campaigner. Vincent Coyle also supported the first ever reconciliation day with Kofi Annan at the Untied Nations in New York, this is now a respected phenomenon world wide, which falls on April. He has also starred in a number of notable roles.

He was born in Derry, County Londonderry and educated at St Columb's College, Queen's University Belfast. He moved to London after university to further his acting career, joining the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for 3 years and then moved to New York, USA to join New York Film Academy.

Having trained at the prestigious Film Actors' Studio he went on to specialize in advanced Scene Study, and to participate in a number of ground breaking master-classes including those given by Michael Fassbender, Emmet Scanlan, Bronagh Gallagher, Liam Neeson, Colin Farrell, Kate Winslet, Brendon Gleeson, Jonny Depp, Nicolas Cage,James Nesbitt and Jake Nicholson at the LA Studios.
